HUDA New Residential Plot Scheme 2017 at Mahendergarh Sector-9A, 10 & 11(P) Review: Last Date:17 February 2017

Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) has launched a new residential plots scheme in Rohtak and Mahendergarh. This scheme is offering 105 residential plots available in Sector-9A, 10 & 11(P) Mahendergarh.At Mahendergarh location ,residential plots are available for general and reserved category. The variety of sizes are 1 Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, 8 Marla and 6 Marla.

How to Apply:  Registration Scheme has been started from 28 December 2016 and will be closed on 17 February 2017.Application can only be filled through online mode and the link for online registration is available on HUDA’s official website from 28 December 2016 to 17 February 2017.  The registration amount is 10% of tentative cost of a single units.The applicants of reserved Category should be from Haryana. Applicants should be resident of India. An individual shall be eligible to make only one application in this scheme. In case more than one application is made by an individual, all the applications will be rejected and a deduction of `1,000/- per application shall be made from earnest money. The successful allottee may take loan for financing from State Bank of India, Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited, UBI, ICICI and Yes Bank or any other banks/financial institution.

NRI Applicant
(i) The NRI applicant residing abroad will be taken in general category of applicants. They will have to send earnest money and other deposits in foreign currency. They can make payment in Indian currency also if amount is paid through his own NRO/NRE account. Applications from NRI’s alongwith their remittances will be accepted at the authorized Bank branches as mentioned in the scheme brochure.
(ii) The NRI applicant can also submit application online provided payment is made online through his own NRO/NRE account only.
(iii) For the purpose of refund of earnest money deposited in Indian currency through NRE/NRO bank account, refund shall be credited only to the NRE/NRO account from which online payments were made.
(iv) At the time of refund of earnest money to unsuccessful applicants, Exchange rate fluctuations will be borne by the NRI applicant.

Mahendragarh  is situated at a distance of 149 kilometers from Delhi towards its south-west. It is located about 25 kilometers from its district headquarters at Narnaul. The town is well connected by meter gauge railway lines and lies on Delhi-Rewari-Bikaner Section. It is also well connected by road network with the towns of Loharu, Dadri, Narnaul and Rewari.

Central University of Haryana is also located at Mahendragarh. The National Capital Region (NCR) Planning Board has approved the inclusion of Haryana’s Mahendragarh and Bhiwani districts in the NCR in July 2013.There is a   possibility of setting up a multi-modal logistics hub also. The prices are reasonable and one can look from end use and long term investment purpose.
