Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority(GLADA) invites application for allotment of 123 residential plots located at Sector-38, Samrala Road and Dugri Phase-II and Phase-III bypass Ludhiana.
The plot sizes ranging from 100 square yard to 650 square yard are available at the cost of Rs. 20,000/- per square yard. Interested applicants can apply through online or offline mode of registration from 5th December 2015 till 4th January 2016.
How to Apply:
- The application form attached with the brochure along with self attested passport size photograph may be submitted to any of branches of the banks mentioned in the brochure on page 17, either in person or by post on or before the closing date along with earnest money In the shape of crossed bank In favour of Estate Officer GLADA Ludhiana.
- The applicants applying online(through GLADA’s website: glada.gov.in) may send the earnest money through SWIFT/RTGS/NEFI’ in GLADA’s account with HDFC bank after downloading Challan from GLADA’s website. The applicant shall obtain SWIFT/UTR No. from Its bank remitting the amount and fill the SWIFT/UTR No. in the online application form before submitting the same. ONLY APPLICANTS APPLYING ONLINE MAY REMIT THE AMOUNT THROUGH SWIFT lRTGS/NEFT. If the applicant‘s name is different from the name of the account holder from which SWIFT/RTGS/ NEFT has been sent, the name of account holder may also be filled in / mentioned in the application form.
