Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) invites applications under new housing scheme 2016 for the allotment of 2000 flats at New Chandigarh & Mohali for Government Employees. Under this scheme, GMADA is offering four types of flats including 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK . The size of flats is in the range of 690 square feet to 1725 square feet and they are located in the Eco city, New Chandigarh and Sector 66, 67, 99 in Mohali.
How to Apply: Applications forms are being offered through both online and offline mode of registration. Brochure cum application form can be purchased from the authorized bank branches at the cost of Rs. 100/-.For online registrations, the link will be available on the official website of GMADA at www.gmada.gov.in and registration amount can be submitted through net banking and Credit card/Debit card. And for offline registration, applications forms are available in the authorised bank branches listed below:

The Scheme is applicable for only Punjab Govt. Employees and the prices are reasonable. GMADA would charge 2 per cent cancer cess on the total value of the flat . In New Chandigarh area the rates are lesser as compared to the flats in Mohali city. One can look at this scheme from end use purpose and long term investment purpose.
