BDA Bangalore New Housing Scheme 2016 for 3512 Flats Review: Last Date-21 January 2017 extended upto 28 February 2017
Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has launched a new housing scheme 3512 flats at different locations of the Bangalore city.These flats are located at Alur Phase-1 and 2; Kommaghatta Phase-1 and 2; Doddabanahalli Phase-1 and 2; Kaniminike Phase-2, 3 and 4; Malagala Phase-2 and Valagerahalli Phase-5. Registration will start from 28 November 2016.
How to Apply: Application form and brochure for the allotment of flats under BDA Bangalore New Housing Scheme 2016 will be available from 28 November 2016. Eligible applicants can register their names by paying the registration amount at the associated bank branches. The banks will provide registration slip for allotment. In case the applicants have already registered their names for allotment of flats , they need not register again. They can use their old registration card for submitting application form for BDA Bangalore New Housing Scheme 2016 for 3512 Flats.
Dully filled application form with registration card can be submitted in the same bank branches along with registration amount. Registration amount/initial deposit via DD/Banker’s Cheque or Pay Order favoring Commissioner, BDA, Bangalore.Registration fees for SC/CT is Rs.100 and Rs.200 for others needs to be submitted along with the application.Application fees for SC/CT is Rs. 200 and Rs.400 for others.

Authorityschemes.com had predicted in the earlier post for the last scheme ie. Review of BDA (Bangalore Development Authority ) Housing Scheme 2016 for 3280 Flats :Last Date 17th March,2016 that while the four earlier allotment rounds saw under subscription, the latest round is also likely to be under subscribed. The flats have not been sold by BDA in their scheme of March 2016 and therefore the flats are again on offer.
The flats are available at reasonable prices under this affordable housing scheme and one may look for end use perspective. The flats will still remain unsold after this scheme. Investment in real estate after the demonetization scheme is not advisable at least for the next six months till March 2017.
