Urban Improvement Trust (UIT) Kota has launched a new housing scheme at Parth Apartment-Devli Arab for the allotment of flats. Applications are invited from economical weaker section (EWS) and lower income group (LIG) for the allotment of 296 flats under UIT Kota new housing scheme 2017.
216 flats are available for economical weaker section(EWS) and remaining 80 units are in the category of lower income group (LIG). The scheme has launched under Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana.
How to Apply: Registration for UIT Kota New Housing Scheme 2017 at Parth Apartment-Devli Arab flats has been started from 17 January 2017 and will be closed on 18 February 2017.Application form for the registration of flats in UIT Kota New Housing Scheme 2017 can be obtained from the bank branches of Oriented Bank of Commerce by paying applicable fee.Dully filled application form should be submitted in the same bank branches along with registration amount and processing fees. The registration amount and processing fee should be paid through demand draft in favor of Secretariat, Urban Improvement Trust, Kota.
