DDA Housing Scheme 2017 Draw Date 3rd November 2017(Friday)
DDA is planning to conduct draw of its new Housing Scheme 2017 on 3rd November 2017 which will be streamed online. Delhi Development Authority (DDA)’s new Housing Scheme 2017 has received poor response from the public with only around 41,000 applicants applying for the scheme. DDA new Housing Scheme 2017 of around 12,000 flats(ranging from close to Rs7 lakh to over Rs1.26 crore) was launched on 30 June.
The initial deadline for submitting applications for the Delhi Development Authority (DDA)’s new Housing Scheme 2017 was August 11. As per some sources, DDA had received only 5,000 applications till last week of July and have attributed the poor response for Delhi Development Authority (DDA)’s new Housing Scheme 2017 to demonetisation. It had received only around 20,000 applications till last week of the application closure date.
As per internal information from some sources, the draw/lottery for all the four categories of houses (HIG (high income group) with 87 flats ranging from Rs53.52 lakh to Rs126.81 lakh; MIG (middle income group) with 404 flats ranging from Rs31.32 lakh to Rs93.95 lakh; LIG/one-bed room flats numbering 11,197 and ranging from Rs14.50 lakh to Rs30.30 lakh; and 384 Janta flats ranging from Rs7.07 lakh to Rs12.76 lakh) is expected to be held on 3rd November 2017 ie. Friday.
