Rate of allotment: Rs. 16870 per sq. Mtr for plot upto 200 sq mtrs and Rs. 16550 for plots above 200 sq mtr.

The proposed land under Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority(YEIDA) New Residential Plot Scheme 2019 is located in Sector 17,18,20,22D , which is on the border of Greater Noida and YEIDA area. This land also abuts a six-lane, 130-meter arterial road connecting Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi and Ghaziabad. The price point of approx. Rs. 16500 per sq meter offered under Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority(YEIDA) New Residential Plot Scheme 2019 is attractive from investment point of view. For end use, the location is good for 3 years down the line as it has institutional area of Sector 17A very close to it. In 2010, Yamuna Expressway was very much hyped and it was considered that the area will be liveable in the next five years. Today also, with flat prices at Yamuna Expressway as high as that of Noida Extension, it is said that Yamuna Expressway will be liveable by next 2-3 years. Location is no doubt going to be excellent. But we cannot comment on when it will be so. Jewar Airport can be an icing to this cake  as it is already proposed now. Go for this scheme if you have surplus money and don’t have an immediate requirement to stay. Otherwise, you can always purchase plots of earlier scheme at prices below Rs. 12000 per sq mtr(even at 10000 per sq. mtr) at much cheaper rate in resale market. Possession of plots under 2009 scheme( around 21000 plots offered in the scheme at Rs. 4750) has been given by authority recently.
